The first Regensburg Course in Facial Plastic Surgery was held in 2008. The inauguration course was already a wonderful success with 112 participants and outstanding international faculty.

Among the highlights were Wayne Larrabees live demonstration of a deep vector face lift, Kris Moes first international presentation on transorbital neuroendoscopic surgery and an outstanding day in the anatomy laboratory with fresh frozen specimen of extraordinary quality. 

The subsequent courses in 2010 and 2011 were marked by an increasing number of participants and a phantastic faculty. In 2011 we had 129 attendees from 31 different countries who enjoyed the phenomenal contributions by Alexander Berghaus, Peter Hilger, Jonathan Sykes, Kofi Boahene and many more.
